Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Divologist website and book our experiences, including Dive2Heal programs. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to them.

Your account

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract, or have a parent/guardian’s consent.

Bookings and payment

• Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• A booking is reserved when you start it and confirmed once the required payment (deposit or full amount) is received.
• Where a deposit is taken, the balance is due before the trip as indicated on your booking.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your seat is held only for the period shown on your booking.

Non-refundable bookings and changes

Payments and deposits are non-refundable. Eligible bookings may be carried forward or transferred to a replacement guest subject to availability, cut-offs, safety requirements and supplier charges. See our Booking Changes Policy.

Safety and participation

• Diving involves inherent risks. You must disclose relevant medical and fitness information honestly and follow the instructions of our team and dive partners at all times.
• We (or our dive partners) may decline participation where it would be unsafe; certification or a medical sign-off may be required for certain activities.
• Dive2Heal programs are wellness experiences and are not medical treatment or a substitute for professional mental-health care.

Our content

The Divologist name, logos and site content are our property or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our consent.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
