Dive2Heal · Weekly Pool Experience
Dive2Heal Weekly Pool Session
Pause. Breathe. Reconnect.
Pause, breathe and reconnect through a guided four-hour Dive2Heal pool experience in Subang Jaya. No diving experience required, all scuba equipment provided. Adults 18+. Every Wednesday & Saturday.
Is this experience for you?
You don't need a mental-health diagnosis or to identify as a survivor to join. This programme is not designed as immediate crisis support or clinical treatment. Whether you can take part in the water is determined through the dive operator's standard safety and medical-screening process — a diagnosis alone does not exclude you.

About this journey
Dive2Heal uses the calm of water to create a safe, guided space to pause and reset. For divers and non-divers alike, 4–10 people per session.
Programme boundaries
Dive2Heal is a wellness, reflection and community experience. It is not psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment or crisis intervention. Facilitators do not diagnose participants or replace professional healthcare.
You choose how much or how little you share during reflection. Personal disclosure is never required.
If you are currently in crisis or need immediate clinical support, this weekly pool experience is not an emergency service. Please contact an appropriate healthcare professional or your local emergency service.

What you may take away
Your safety comes first
All water activities take place in a controlled pool and are guided by certified dive professionals. Before entering the water you'll receive equipment familiarisation and a pre-water safety briefing, and complete the dive operator's standard medical questionnaire. Participation in any personal sharing is always optional.
Medical fitness & screening
Some medical conditions or medications may require individual clearance before scuba participation. This does not automatically prevent you from contacting us or exploring other suitable programme options. Medical information is collected privately through the dive operator's recognised screening process and reviewed only by authorised operational personnel — please don't share sensitive medical details publicly. Never stop or change any medication in order to take part; where screening indicates physician review, we'll clearly explain the next step.
