Dive2Heal welcomes people from different life experiences, but this retreat is not designed to manage an acute mental-health crisis. Your safety comes first
All water activities take place under the guidance of certified dive professionals and follow the dive operator's safety procedures. Before diving you'll complete the standard diver medical questionnaire and a water-confidence assessment. The retreat runs as a small group, and participation in any personal sharing is always optional.
Medical fitness & screening
You'll complete the standard diver medical questionnaire before diving; some conditions or medications may require individual physician clearance. Medical information is collected privately and reviewed only by authorised operational personnel — please don't share sensitive details publicly. Never stop or change any medication to take part; where screening indicates physician review, we'll explain the next step.
