Dive2Heal Private & Corporate
Stronger People. Deeper Connection.

For companies, government agencies, universities, NGOs, healthcare organisations, professional communities and private groups.
Your people may need more than another meeting room
Conventional workshops communicate ideas, but they don't always create an experience people genuinely feel and remember. These are common challenges a Dive2Heal programme may help with.
Disconnection
Teams work together but may have limited space for genuine human connection.
Constant pressure
Leaders and employees move from one responsibility to another without meaningful time to pause.
Low-impact activities
Many team activities are enjoyable but have little structure for learning or integration.
Leadership without self-awareness
Sustainable leadership begins with understanding personal responses and relationships.
Built for different organisational contexts
Every programme is shaped around your audience, objectives and context — and the final delivery team, format and venue are selected accordingly.

Safety and wellbeing come first
Dive2Heal is a non-clinical wellness experience. It is not psychiatry, psychotherapy, psychological treatment, medical treatment or crisis support, and it does not replace professional mental-health or healthcare services.
Reflection is invitational — no one is asked to share private experiences.
Participants currently experiencing an acute mental-health crisis should seek appropriate professional support. Organisations may contact the Dive2Heal team to discuss general programme suitability and participant considerations.

What is Dive2Heal Private & Corporate?+
A non-clinical, water-based wellness programme customised for organisations and private groups — combining scuba, guided reflection, self-awareness and meaningful human connection.
Is this a therapy or medical programme?+
No. It's a non-clinical wellness experience — not psychiatry, psychotherapy, psychological or medical treatment, or crisis support.
Which organisations can participate?+
Companies and SMEs, government agencies, universities, NGOs, healthcare organisations, professional communities, leadership and founder teams, and private groups.
Do participants need diving experience?+
No. Beginner-friendly formats are available and no previous diving experience is required.
Do participants need to know how to swim?+
Water confidence helps. Any specific requirement depends on the format and is confirmed during screening.
What is the minimum age?+
Programmes are for adults 18 and above.
What group sizes can you accommodate?+
Formats suit small teams through to larger cohorts — we recommend the right format for your group size during design.
Can the programme be customised?+
Yes — objective, format, venue, theme, duration, facilitation depth and more can be tailored, within our safety standards and programme boundaries.
What programme formats are available?+
Pool introduction, half-day, full-day, a private pool series, an island retreat, or a fully custom programme.
Can the programme be held at our preferred venue?+
Possibly — your own suitable venue can be assessed. Approved partner pools and island destinations are also available.
Is the programme limited to Subang Jaya?+
No. Subang Jaya (Divertainment Dive Center) is one available pool venue — programmes can also run at partner pools, Klang Valley venues, your venue or island destinations.
Can Dive2Heal organise an island retreat?+
Yes — a multi-day island retreat format is available for leadership teams, founder groups and purpose-driven teams.
What safety and medical screening are required?+
Certified dive professionals, participant eligibility screening, a diver medical questionnaire where applicable, and a pre-programme safety briefing.
Can someone with a medical or mental-health condition participate?+
Possibly — a diagnosis alone doesn't exclude someone. Suitability is discussed with our team, and scuba activity may require medical clearance depending on screening.
Is personal sharing compulsory?+
No. Reflection and group sharing are always invitational; no one is asked to disclose private experiences.
What equipment is provided?+
Scuba equipment is provided for formats that include an in-water scuba experience.
What does the organisation need to prepare?+
Participant information, logistics and any venue coordination — we guide you through the preparation.
How much does a programme cost?+
Programmes are priced according to format, participant size, location, facilitation and operational requirements. Request a proposal for a recommended scope and quotation.
Is it HRD Corp claimable?+
Please ask our team about the current status — we don't present HRD Corp eligibility as a benefit unless it's verified for your specific programme.
What happens in bad weather?+
The schedule adapts to weather and water conditions, and safety comes first. Weather contingencies are agreed as part of the proposal.
Do you provide post-programme reporting?+
An aggregated, non-clinical programme summary can be arranged as part of the proposal. Individual reflections remain private unless a participant consents otherwise.
How do we request a proposal?+
Use the enquiry form on this page, or message us on WhatsApp.
How far in advance should we enquire?+
Earlier is better for scheduling, venue coordination and participant preparation — contact us to check availability for your preferred timing.
Can private groups participate?+
Yes — private and professional groups are welcome, with custom experiences designed around your community.
